Compliance & Age Policy

21+ only

BDDbrands sells only to adults 21 years of age or older. By entering this site and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 and of legal age to buy these products where you live.

Age verification

• Every visitor must confirm their age before entering the site.
• We may verify age with a third-party service, ask for a valid government-issued photo ID, or require an adult (21+) signature at delivery.
• We'll cancel and refund any order if we can't verify that the buyer is 21 or older, or if we believe an order was placed for a minor.

Intended use

All products on this site are sold for legal use only: tobacco, legal herbal blends, aromatherapy, or display and collectible purposes. Product descriptions are not encouragement of any illegal activity. BDDbrands does not sell nicotine e-liquids, nicotine products, or controlled substances.

State and local laws

Laws on smoking accessories and vaporizer products vary by state, county, and city. We may refuse or cancel orders to places where an item can't legally be sold or shipped. It's the buyer's responsibility to know and follow the laws where they live.
