How fast do you ship?
We ship orders daily. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days and Expedited takes 2–3 business days after your order ships. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
How much is shipping?
Standard is $6, or free on orders $30+. Expedited is $10, or free on orders $75+. See the full Shipping Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, at the actual carrier rate shown at checkout. Most international orders are first transferred to our main California warehouse, which adds about 3–4 days, so you'll receive two tracking numbers. Customs duties and import fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email us to start a return and we'll send you a return shipping label. Details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email photos of the item and the box to info@BDDbrands.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
How old do I have to be to order?
You must be 21 or older. We may verify age before shipping. See our Compliance & Age Policy.
Do you have a rewards or loyalty program?
Yes. BDDbrands Rewards is free to join. Create an account or log in, then tap the rewards icon on any page to see your balance. You earn store credit that you can use on future orders:
- Every purchase: 2% back ($0.02 for every $1 you spend)
