These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of bddbrands.com and to every purchase you make here. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Who we are
BDDbrands ("BDD Brands," "we," "us") is an online retail store based in California selling smoking accessories, glass, vaporizer accessories, and related products to adult consumers.
2. Age requirement
You must be 21 or older to use this site and buy from us. By placing an order, you confirm you are of legal age where you live. We may verify age and cancel orders we can't verify. See our Compliance & Age Policy.
3. Intended use
All products are sold for legal use only (tobacco, legal herbal blends, aromatherapy, or collectible/display purposes). You agree not to use any product in violation of federal, state, or local law. We may refuse orders we believe are intended for illegal use.
4. Orders, pricing & availability
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice.
- We try to show colors, sizes, and specs accurately. Handmade glass varies, and "color sent at random" items are chosen at random.
- An order confirmation email isn't acceptance. We may cancel or limit any order (including for pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or failed age verification) and refund any amount charged.
5. Payment
Payment is due at checkout. You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method you provide. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
6. Shipping
We ship daily. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days and Expedited 2–3 business days. Standard is free on orders $30+ and Expedited is free on orders $75+. We also ship internationally at actual carrier rates; international orders usually take 3–4 extra days because they are routed through our California warehouse. 7. Returns & refunds
Returns are handled under our Refund Policy.
8. Discounts, rewards & reviews
Discount codes, store credit, and loyalty rewards have no cash value, can't be combined unless stated, and can be changed or ended at any time. Store credit earned for reviews is given for honest reviews, positive or negative. We may remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic, or fraudulent.
9. Privacy
How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Site content
All content on this site, including text, photos, logos, and design, belongs to BDD Brands or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
11. Manufacturer warranties
Some products come with a manufacturer warranty, and some brands require you to file warranty claims directly with them. Except for those warranties, products are sold "as is" to the fullest extent allowed by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BDD Brands isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the site or any product. Our total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
14. Changes
We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
