Yes of course. These are handmade novelty bangers and should be handled with a lot of care. It is more of an art piece and if being used as a daily banger, they need extra attention.

If you simply reached out to our customer service line, we'd replace it for you. Regardless of how well we pack these, carriers can handle packages quite rough and therefore, damage the glass.
