Mine broke and shattered at the neck and mouthpiece. Sad because it was supposed to be the 1st unbreakable bong.

Removal of my review just to keep a 5 star. 9mm glass was not enforced at the outlet for downstem. You can clearly notice one side is over twice as thick as the other causing it to be fragile. Also did not receive 2 cleaning caps only received 1 big one which rlly didn’t help without the other.

Decent bong. Mouthpiece has decent design but could be improved. Tried to removed the down stem and the neck gave in defiantly the thinnest part of the bong itself and should be the strongest.

As for your issue, that's quite unheard of. We have been selling these beakers for over a year now and quite honestly, this is the first time we are hearing an issue like this. Our guess is that piece might have been defective. We'd be happy to send you a new. Also if you had this issue, we'd take care of it right away, if you simply contacted our customer support line.
And lastly, as for the ice-mold, it certainly is inside the box. Possibly shifted under the foam that's inside the box. Regardless, they all have the molds.

Everything about this piece is fantastic, it feels extremely well in the hand and also feels premium (Klean spoon in the photo for size comparison) the only thing that bummed me out was that the back of the box showed 2 cleaning caps (1 big, 1 small), but when looked in my box there was only 1 (big one) :(.
